What You’ll Need
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
2 bunches of Jersey fresh spinach
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper

How to Make It
1. Warm the oil over medium heat in a large skillet
2. Add mushrooms and sautee until tender for about 2 minutes
3. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute
4. Add spinach and stir while cooking about 1 minute (until spinach is wilted).
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately
