What You’ll Need:
• 8oz of cream cheese
• ½ cup of sour cream
• ½ cup of mayonnaise
• 4 scallions
• 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
• ½ teaspoon of black pepper

What You’ll Need To Do:
Let’s mince our scallions (greens and whites) cutting as close to the root as we can—the whites are where the flavor hides! Set aside, and start chopping dill and parsley.

After allowing our cream cheese to get room temperature, combine 8 ounces with a ½ cup of sour cream and a ½ cup of mayonnaise. Add in the herbs along with 1 tablespoon of kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
