How to Make It:
Slice, peel, and sugar peaches then let sit. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg, and milk in large mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 10 inch deep pie plate. Place sliced peaches over batter and reserve juice. In a separate bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and juice from peaches and/or orange juice and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon on top to within 1 inch of the edge of the batter. Sprinkle cinnamon over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Cool and store in refrigerator. Enjoy at a picnic, family get together, or any outdoor event!
