What You’ll Need:
- 4 ears of Jersey fresh corn (cut off the cob)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (chopped)
- 1 handful of cilantro (chopped)
- ½ cup butter
- Salt to taste
How to Make It:
In a 12” frying pan, sauté ¼ c butter with chopped jalapeno until softened. Add in corn and cook until tender. Stir in salt and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
