Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and drop in 8 to 10 medium-sized Muzzarelli Farms sweet potatoes with their skins intact. After the potatoes are tender, drain water from pot and peel the skins from the potatoes.
Add 1 stick of salted butter to the pot and whip potatoes with a stand mixer, slowly adding in ½ cup of heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste, and you're ready for a new take on this classic side.
For a little extra, add on top a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, a pinch of brown sugar or cinnamon or cloves, and/or a bit of pecans.
