Boil or steam the potatoes until they're tender, then drain and set aside to cool.

Steam the asparagus spears and leave to cool.

Chop the potato, tomatoes, and asparagus stems into bite-sized chunks. Cut the asparagus tips in half lengthwise, then mix the potato, tomatoes, and asparagus together until evenly combined.

Place the mixed potatoes, tomatoes, and asparagus into a bowl with the spinach, and mix everything again.
